What We Offer
A2 Grass-Fed Raw Milk
Our cows produce A2 milk—a protein type that's easier to digest for many people who struggle with conventional dairy. They're grass-fed on open pasture year-round with organic grain at milking time—no antibiotics, no hormones.
We take raw milk seriously. Our milking process uses no plastic—only stainless steel and glass—and we handle everything ourselves to maintain the highest quality from cow to bottle.
Available through our herdshare program. Tennessee law requires a herdshare agreement for raw milk sales. It's simple—you purchase a small share of our herd, and in return, you receive the milk your cows produce. We'll walk you through it.

Seasonal Produce
Our garden changes with the seasons. We grow what grows well here in Cleveland, Tennessee, rotating crops to keep the soil healthy and never using synthetic pesticides or fertilizers.
What's available depends on the time of year—tomatoes and squash in summer, greens in spring and fall, root vegetables through the cooler months. Check our "What's Fresh" page or just stop by to see what's ripe.

Homemade Pastries
When we have time (and with eight kids, that's not always a given), we bake. Sourdough bread made with a starter we've kept alive for three years. Fruit pies when the berries are ripe. Organic cinnamon rolls for special occasions.
Baked goods are available on weekends—Saturdays mostly, sometimes Sundays. They tend to go fast, so come early or reach out to reserve something special.
